Melbourne is one of the largest cities in our space coast region, because of its sheer size, there are many squirrels in Melbourne.

Many of these animals procreate at an insanely fast pace. Typically, Tree Squirrels have 2 litters of offspring per year, one in the summer, and one in the winter. Before having their winter litter, these squirrels will readily enter houses (especially in attic areas like Palm Bay has many of) seeking shelter for a place to raise their offspring. And who could blame them, our attics are a great place to live because they are warm, safe, dry, and sometimes even have a food supply!
